NCASRD Task Force

The NCASRD Task Force was made up of experts in the natural and medical sciences. Their role was to convene a National Forum, investigate pertinent issues and formulate recommendations. The Task Force was led by Dr. David Strong, former president of the University of Victoria and an authority in the earth sciences.
